Get Your Lymphatic System Moving Using a Cellerciser

By Gregg Birkner
Authorized Distributor of the Cellerciser

It's no secret that among its many benefits, rebounding is great for weight loss and for creating a body that is very toned and fit.

It's true that rebounding is the best way to accomplish these goals. But rebounding does something else that's quite interesting, yet upon first glance doesn't seem related to weight loss and fitness.

Rebounding gets your lymphatic system moving. Your lymphatic system is one of your body's defense mechanisms. It helps protect against infection, bacteria, viruses and disease. The lymphatic system runs throughout your body and is made up of a series of vessels and ducts that fluid flows through.

The fluid collects toxins from tissues and helps remove them from your body. A healthy lymphatic system means that your body is getting rid of the yucky stuff that can harm it.

The thing about the lymphatic system is that it needs to have something move it. That fluid doesn't move around very well without something pushing it though a bunch of one way vessels and valves. Massage does this and so does vigorous exercise. Now you're getting the picture. Rebounding, while being very gentle on the joints, is still vigorous exercise. And the up and down motion of rebounding gets the lymphatic system moving!

When your body is sluggish, so is your lymphatic system. When you're body is healthy and moving vigorously, as in when it's rebounding, your lymphatic system moves too, getting all those toxins out!

My kids taking a break from Cellercising while watching Brett Favre in the NFC Championship Game this past JanuaryHere's a tip for using rebounding to get your lymphatic system going – get on your Cellerciser rebounder and start out with a warm up of a couple of minutes of easy bouncing – nothing crazy. Then move into a more energized level of rebounding.

Use the more energized movements to get every system in your body working – your cardiovascular system, your lymphatic system, your musculoskelatal system – all of it. Then finish with a couple of minutes of easy bouncing for a cool down.

When you do this, you're moving bad stuff out and good stuff in. This helps you get healthy, but it also helps you lose weight. When your lymphatic system is in good shape, your body will be better able to regulate weight and metabolism – it won't have toxins and other yucky stuff hanging around in it to slow things down.

Even at the beginning of using rebounding for fitness, a 10 or 15 minute workout, even a five minute workout, is going to get things moving! Don't overlook the advantages of rebounding that aren't directly related to weight loss. Sure you want to lose weight and look good, but getting your lymphatic system moving is all part of that whole big picture.

Now get rebounding and have fun!

The Role of Rebound Exercise in Weight Loss

By Gregg Birkner

Rebound exercise is an effective and time efficient way for nearly everyone regardless of age to achieve their fitness, health, and weight loss goals. Following a balanced diet and rebound exercise program will keep you progressing toward your optimal weight and prevent disease.

Setting up a rebound exercise schedule isn't time consuming! Ten minutes a day is sufficient to bring forth desirable results over a period of time.

Maintaining a rebound exercise routine promotes relaxation, lessens stress, and tones up your body parts and muscles.

If you're not used to rebound exercising, then keeping your workouts simple may be the best strategy starting out to lose weight. Before you begin, though, be sure to get examined by your doctor and get his approval after explaining to him how you intend to incorporate rebounding into your overall fitness routine.

There are a variety of simple rebounding exercises that you can do to lose weight and improve your health. For example, gently bouncing up and down (aka "the Baby Bounce") creates pressure changes in the body that stimulates and circulates every body part and function. You can also add to your workout common aerobic exercises such as the knee lift which can be done slowly or at a sprint without jarring your body. Then there is the "Side Swing" where kicking out side to side helps to strengthen the waist while tightening obliques, hips, and outer thighs.

The main thing to remember when on your rebounder is to do exercises that you will enjoy and hold your interest which meet your doctor's approval.

Regular undertaking of some simple exercises on your rebounder can go a long way to helping you find the ideal weight given your age, height and sex. But the benefits of rebounding go beyond assisting you in attaining your weight loss goals. Bones, muscles and joints can be built up and maintained. Your energy levels can also increase which will help you drop unwanted pounds. Plus, you can carry out your activities and pursuits with much more effectiveness. So begin today and start looking and feeling better by exercising on your rebounder.

Enjoy Each Moment Now While Achieving Your Fitness Goals

By Amy Birkner

So it's the New Year, and
nearly everyone has "lose weight" on their 2009 New Year's resolution
list
. Some have variations, like "get healthier", "eat
healthier", "exercise more", etc. but we all tend to focus on our
health as we begin the new year.

I am no different, and I do have a plan, but I still think "diet" is a four letter word. I want to combine eating healthier, eating less of my personal trigger foods (can you say fudge?), and more frequent exercise to feel better, look better, and halt the eating frenzy that seems to take hold of me each December.

I do want to urge each of you, no matter what you weigh now, no matter how bad you think you look to TAKE
PICTURES of yourself. I avoided the camera for years, choosing to be behind the camera rather than in front, but I do have a few pictures from my heaviest days. I am SO grateful for these pictures, as it reminds me how far I have come! In fact, I was sharing my scrapbooks of my children with some friends at a church group, and they were admiring the scrapbooks, but several of my close friends asked who the mom was! They did not recognize me, even though they have known me and my children for a couple of years! I am still shocked that people can't recognize me from when I was 100 lbs.
heavier.

I use those pictures now, and pictures from when I achieved my goal weight as inspiration.
Inspiration that I *can* set goals and achieve them. The images also
remind me that no matter what I look like on the outside, I define who I am on
the inside - and that can change as I want it to change. I have been
successful in different ways at different weights and the pictures remind me of
those successes and help me mark different points in my life.

Enjoy the New Year, and make your resolutions. Take pictures, clear pictures so that you can look back and remember this time. Make the decision to do something for your
health, but enjoy each moment now, as this moment will never come again.
Someday, you will be thankful!

By the way, in case you're wondering, my Cellerciser mini-trampoline is found in my living room 365 days out of the year!

Incorporating Rebound Exercise Into Your Daily Routine

Incorporating Rebound Exercise Into Your Daily Routine

By Gregg Birkner

Regrettably, people often get stuck in a rut. They do the same routine day after day: go to work, head home and make dinner, flop into their favorite chair in front of the TV, and then go to bed at the end of the night.

When you go on a healthy eating plan you must incorporate daily exercise into it. Many of you reading this are probably groaning at the idea of doing exercise. I know because I haven't always been fond of the idea of doing exercise myself.

For those people who love to exercise, then the battle is practically won. Can you imagine how wonderful it must be to do something you like, and also burn of calories from it at the same time? For exercise lovers, all they have to do is make some mild diet changes and do more of what they love – exercise!

But for everyone else, I’m afraid you must exercise simply because it is good for your health and exercise will help you achieve weight loss.

The Cellerciser is a remarkable piece of exercise equipment that is time efficient and actually a lot of fun to use. Put it in front of your TV set or entertainment center and bounce for 10 minutes a day to better health while watching or listening to your favorite programming.

Working out on your Cellerciser isn't a chore but rather an highly enjoyable, important part of your daily routine. You don't need any special workout clothes or shoes. Just follow the program that creator David Hall provides with your Cellerciser purchase and you will actually feel good after you "cellercise" each day.

For those of you who have trouble removing yourself from the sofa after work, make a point of placing your Cellerciser where you can watch television as you bounce before you get settled in for the evening.

Invite your friends and family members to take turns cellercising with you. You'll soon find you actually enjoy it and they will too!

You will find that as you start to lose weight you will automatically take more pride in your appearance. Buy yourself something nice as a reward, even if it is something small and take pleasure in choosing it.

Focus on those aspects of your body that are good. We can all find fault with ourselves and tend to always look at those parts. Even the top models can find fault with themselves!

You will probably find when you are looking at yourself that all you really need is some toning, and rebounding on your Cellerciser will most certainly achieve this as it has for thousands of others. Add in some small diet changes and you can create that fit and trim body you want!

The Cellerciser -- The Best Rebounder to Lose Weight

Imagine being on your Cellerciser rebounder in front of your television, on the telephone, at the office or in the mountains while shedding pounds, building muscle, strengthening bones, toning the body, improving the immune system and overall health of your body without working at it.

Some things just sound too good to be true.

Actually, you really don't need to sweat or change your clothes while rebounding on your easy-bounce Cellerciser. This rebounder is just THAT good.

The word is getting out that Cellercise is a fun program that can be done at all ages. To thousands, it is the best way to lose weight.

It redefines exercise.

It makes reaching your fitness goals and desires entirely within the realm of possibility.

In fact, you really don't have to work hard at it, but it works hard for you and the benefits can be felt in just 10 minutes a day!

Yes, you heard right -- David Hall's Cellercise program takes 10 minutes a day.

It stimulates, circulates, strengthens and improves the efficiency of body parts and functions.

It doesn't lift weight away from gravity, it actually increases the weight of gravity by applying weight to every muscle over 100 times a minute.

Welcome to a whole new methodology of exercise called Cellercise!

You might think that this is "too good to be true."

We're not asking for a "leap of faith" here.

Rather, just read about it.

Check out and read from the many articles found on our website.

Do your research.

After reading, ask yourself if what we're talking about makes sense.

Then experience it for yourself!

The Cellerciser® is arguably the best built piece of exercise equipment around and certainly the finest rebounder/ mini-trampoline in the world. It has been called the "Holy Grail of Exercise".

Rebounding is on fire again as one of the hot fitness programs thanks in large part to David Hall who you'll learn more about below.

Buying a rebounder / mini-trampoline is a great idea, but it is important to remember that all rebounders are not made alike. A great many rebounders use weak steel springs, or bungee cords causing sinking and pronation of feet and knees which can cause back and other serious medical problems.

Many rebounders "talk the talk" but few can actually "bounce the bounce" so to speak. Some rebounder brands are not even close in quality.

I strongly encourage you to read on right here on this page to learn more about this incredible Cellerciser® rebounder!

Using it just 10 minutes a day can change your life for the better!

Resolve to achieve your fitness goals by having fun bouncing on the Cellerciser® rebounder!

To Better Health for All of Us!
