Not too long ago I received a comment to my blog entry on my eBay blog "The Cellerciser Rebounder / Mini-Trampoline Store on eBay."

The comment was made by an eBay PowerSeller in reference to my entry entitled "This Holiday Season Give the Gift of Better Health."

This person wrote: "Why can people exercise without having to spend a fortune on equipment, most people already have the best exercise machine build into their house, "the stair way" it will give you more benefit than most other equipment you can find."

So there are no misunderstandings later, I do think that innumerable people have gotten enormous physical benefits from walking on a stairway. In fact, there are many things that we do each day as part of our everyday routines that provide exercise and value to our physical bodies.

However, this PowerSeller obviously doesn't know much about the benefits of rebounding. This person is not aware that bouncing on the Cellerciser rebounder, for example, is a no impact workout capable of burning up to 700 calories per hour!
